Our JVRAwesome, Port Aransas Beach, Beachfront, Top Floor, Penthouse Condo, "JVRAwesome Beachfront!" has a totally unobstructed gulf of Mexico view from a gulf facing wall of glass doors and windows that span the living room , dining area and main bedroom. Let the view and sounds of the gulf soothe the stress away. Located on Port Aransas Beach! (Not Holiday Beach)

Our top floor, beachfront penthouse includes a large living area with sofas and a large screen TV, spacious dining and bar area, plus 4 separate bedrooms and 2 full baths provide plenty of room for playing games and relaxing. There are 5 Televisions. A door between the living area and three of the bedrooms ensures that night owls and early risers do not disturb each other. We have a washer and dryer in our condo.

The living area looks directly out on the beautiful waters of the gulf of Mexico and has a sliding door to the oceanfront balcony. The living room has a sofa, loveseat, two comfortable chairs and a large screen TV.

The dining area looks directly out on the gulf of Mexico and has a sliding door to the oceanfront balcony. There is a beautiful dining room table with additional seating for four people at the counter top bar.

The main bedroom has beautiful ocean front views, a king bed, flat screen TV and an ensuite bath with a walk in shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and views of the gulf waters.

The 3rd bedroom has a king bed, a set of twin bunk beds and a flat screen TV.

The 4th front bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, a twin trundle and a flat screen TV.

At the end of the hallway, next to the 3rd bedroom, the bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

We do have a passenger elevator that is shared with the other penthouse condo. Adults only operating new elevator installed in 2016.

Island Retreat is a great place to spend time with family and friends. This smoke-free condominium is beachfront . . . you simply walk over the dunes on the boardwalk to the flat part of the beach. Two pools! Pickleball, volleyball, shuffleboard, tennis, basketball all on the 25 acres of Island Retreat to enjoy! Fish House and Boat parking on-site.

The beach is awesome for playing with the kids, acting like a kid yourself, enjoying the scenery, taking a long stroll, a morning jog, reading a book, or delighting in the last rays of a gorgeous sunset. If you don't feel like getting sandy at the beach relax by one of the two pools or play some tennis, volleyball, shuffleboard or basketball.

Or simply treasure pushing your child in a swing on the playground as they giggle with enjoyment.

Port Aransas has some great restaurants for when you feel like eating out (or you didn't have any luck fishing).

If you feel like exploring there are plenty of options - scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, deep sea fishing, Aransas Wildlife Refuge and Whooping Crane Habitat or the beach!
