This is our smallest apartment – and for many, that’s exactly what makes it the most charming. On 26 sqm, you’ll find a bright, thoughtfully designed retreat for 1–2 people on the first floor, featuring a south-facing balcony with unobstructed mountain views.



Start your day with sunshine on your face and unwind in the evening with a stunning mountain panorama.



This apartment isn’t a luxury loft – nor does it aim to be. It’s intentionally compact, perfect for those exploring the mountains who want a stylish, peaceful place to relax indoors.

The property is close to numerous cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini-golf course. The studio is 20 minutes by car from Lake Chiemsee, 45 minutes from Salzburg, 50 minutes from Berchtesgaden and Königssee, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Munich.



Parking is available on the property. Families with children are welcome.



There’s a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles, as well as a ski depot. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. An EV charging station is available for an extra fee. Washing machine and dryer can be used on request. The property follows recycling guidelines and uses energy- and water-saving facilities. Part of the electricity is generated by solar panels. Self check-in is possible.
