Lovely residential oasis with easy access to the city

Nausica was a wonderful host. Excellent communication throughout and provided water and breakfast for us. Washing machine, dishwasher with detergent, iron, hairdryer all provided. She warned us about the transport strike (though it didn't seem to affect the metro at all) and provided info about booking taxi to Malpensa, and checked in during our stay to make sure things were going well. It was an easy 10minute walk to the Precotto metro and 15minute walk in the other direction to a large supermarket. The local shops near the metro station were great (especially the salumeria which stocked everything we needed for at home aperitivi) and the bakery. Highly recommend for visitors who don't want to be right in the center. Was a 13Euro taxi from Milan Centrale train station. Probably more convenient for Linate Airport than Malpensa (we had to get a 3am taxi because public transport didn't run 24h but it was a flat rate). Grazie, Nausica!!

Casa Somare in Milano Italy

A really good located house, just 10min by foot from the metro station ' Precotto ' in nice calm area with family houses. The comunication with the nice owner Nausica was good. We had a lot of rain in may, which was unusal for Milano and it was a bit to cold in the house, she arranged immediatly her father to come over to help, so the heating went well directly and it was warm. The house has Bedroom 1 with a Bed 1,40x2,00 m, Bedroom 2 with 1,60x2,00m and a Bedroom 3 with two Beds (~90cm×2,00), with can stand together or separate. They were very comfortable. If you come in, you're right now in the open living-dining-room with kitchen. The couch directly in the living room-part is okay for two peopl (but a lit to low), so we put all the blankets on it, to sit a bit higher. One more person can sit on a separate stool (or you put your feet on it), but more people have to sit on a chair around the table in the dining-room-area, which is together, with an open kitchen. There was no little table near the couch to put a glas on it, so we took the little board with sun painting from the coridor in front of the couch. So it was comfortable all in all. It was clean (not perfectly, but okay. Next time we would like to come again. Thanks Nausica.
