Short on utensils

Cute house, good hot water. Unfortunately all the practical things you need to make a stay work were missing. Place needs to be fixed up so that it will work properly. Sink leaks , there needs to be bowls, more than one small plate etc, cooking utensils etc. Hosts live right next door and were helpful when we asked for things. Couch in lounge as last bed is okay for small child but an actual pullout couch would be better. Good bathroom, double sinks, lovdly shower and 2 toilets a bonus.

Wir sind im Rahmen einer Konfirmation für 2 Tage hier untergekommen. Bei Ankunft wurden wir schon herzlich begrüßt und konnten direkt einchecken. Die Unterkunft ist groß und es gibt genug Platz. Schlafmöglichkeiten gibt es für 6 Personen, wobei 1 davon eine Couch ist - was aber im Inserat angegeben wurde. Die Unterkunft war sauber und und alles war bezogen. Wir waren rund um zufrieden und sagen danke! Für diesen Preis auf jedenfall top.

Betten nicht bezogen, es gab keine Bettbezüge dafür. Anstatt der beschriebenen 3 Schlafzimmer wurden uns zunächst nur 2 zur Verfügung gestellt. Geschirr und Kochutensilien gab es nur auf Nachfrage, war aber zum Teil verschmutzt. Ofen und Spülmaschine nicht funktionsfähig. Im Bad gebrauchte Hygieneartikel und Haare in der Wanne. Müll im Mülleimer und im Küchenschrank. Wie sind wieder abgereist und haben Erstattung beantragt. Zum Glück eine andere Unterkunft gefunden.

Liebe Gäste, Ab dem 01.07.2025 möchte ich meine Wohnung nicht mehr anbieten. Der erste Kunde hat mir klar gemacht, dass das nicht so einfach ist. Ich habe 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei Toiletten und eine nagelneue Einbauküche im Wohnzimmer. Die Gesamtfläche beträgt ca. 100 Quadratmeter. Ich hatte dies für 70€/pro Nacht für 4 Personen angeboten. Es wurde vor Ort abgesagt. Die Gäste waren unfreundlich und beschwerten sich, obwohl die komplette kosten zurück erstattet hat. OK, ich hatte zum Beispiel alle Bettdecken nicht aufgezogen, aber die Bezüge lagen im Schrank. Auch Geschirr lag herum. Der Kunde hat zum Beispiel das ganze Bettzeug herumgeworfen. Es war einfach deprimierend, wie ich behandelt wurde. Ich habe alles getan, was ich für richtig hielt. OK, ich habe jetzt einiges gelernt und damit aufgehört. Ich war sehr empört über das Verhalten und die Art dieser „Gäste“. Nicht zu vergessen, dass es eine private Wohnung war und kein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Gebuchte Gäste können die Wohnung bis Juni nutzen und den liebevollen Service in Anspruch nehmen. Wer sich für die schöne Umgebung von Abstatt interessiert, ist bei „Die Geschichte von Tee und Malerei“ jederzeit herzlich willkommen! Vielen Dank Nanccy
