Die Sauberkeit läst zu wünschen übrig. Spinnweben in fast allen Ecken, unterm Sofa wurde wahrscheinlich noch nie gesaugt. Das Treppenhaus wird anscheinend auch nur sehr selten gereinigt. Diverse technische Defekte wurden adressiert, aber trotz Zusage, dass sich jemand bei uns melden würde, ist nichts passiert. Das Ambiente der Wohnung selber war sehr schön (man darf allerdings nicht auf die Details achten). Der eigene, nicht von außen einzusehende Balkon, war gut. Geschäfte sind zu Fuß einfach und schnell zu erreichen.
