This modern 3-room apartment offers 80 m² of comfort and features Wi-Fi. You have access to an elevator, an underground parking space, and underfloor heating. The living room includes a cozy sofa set, TV, dining table for 5, and access to the terrace. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The open, fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and more. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower; the toilet is separate. You receive the digital Hochschwarzwald Card and Konus card for free public transport. One dog is allowed.

The fully equipped kitchens (open to the living room) with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and much more make cooking easier.

These cozy apartments are located in a small side street directly on Lake Titisee. On one side you are immediately surrounded by greenery, on the other - just a few steps away - in the center of the village, on the lake, the promenade, the restaurants and stores.

In addition to our services, you will also receive the digital Hochschwarzwald-Card from Hochschwarzwald Tourismus GmbH. Enjoy numerous free basic services and book additional discounted plus services.

You will also receive the guest cone card with which you can use public transport free of charge.
