Die Residenza Collina d'Oro steht an sensationeller Aussichtslage, die einen Rundumblick von der Magadinoebene bis zu den Brissago-Inseln bietet. Gepflegt, sauber, ruhig gelegen, Hallenbad, mit ÖV (Bus) sehr gut erschlossen - was will man mehr? - Frau Hager und Herr Hächler haben die Verwaltung der Wohnungen administrativ perfekt aufgerüstet und sind leicht erreichbar.
