Best value for money . Simple pricing . Has a big 14' by 32' private pool with a spacious lounge area. Nice ocean and sound view, ocean views are better than some of the Semi ocean front homes in the area. House sits on half acre land so all rooms are bright.

What makes this property unique

This property sits on a half an acre land in a quite cul-de-sac road with excellent view of both Ocean and Sound . Less than a minute walk to the beach and sound. Best bang for you buck!
