SEEHAUS Prerow - oasis of peace with sauna, fireplace and close to the beach!

The vacation home in Prerow accommodates up to six people and features a minimalist yet cozy interior. The light-filled living, kitchen, and dining area, with floor-to-ceiling windows, opens onto the garden and terrace, creating a welcoming, open atmosphere. The centerpiece of the room is the fireplace, which ensures cozy evenings, especially during the cooler months. A high-quality sound system provides musical accompaniment for relaxing moments, while the modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking together with family or friends.

Art is an integral part of the house: works by the painter Ulrike Hansen, inspired by the Baltic Sea, underscore the connection to the region and lend the SEEHAUS a special, atmospheric touch. Another highlight of the property is the over 100-year-old oak tree, which lends the garden character and tranquility.

Three bedrooms offer ample space and places to retreat. Two double beds (180 × 200 cm) and two single beds in the attic (90 × 200 cm) create a flexible layout for families or couples traveling with friends. Two modern bathrooms ensure comfort even when the house is fully occupied. After long walks on the beach or bike rides through the Darß Forest, the on-site sauna invites you to relax.

The terrace attached to the house and an additional seating area in the sunny garden offer sheltered spots to linger. A lockable bike storage room, two parking spaces, and free Wi-Fi round out the amenities.

The SEEHAUS Prerow is located in an absolutely quiet part of town and is an ideal starting point for hikes in the Darß Forest, trips to the Neue Seebrücke, or nature experiences in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. Whether it’s walks on the beach, bike rides, sailing, or cultural events—this vacation home in Prerow combines tranquility, design, and nature in a special way.
