Die FeWo Gästehaus Bruhn 1 ist in der kalten und Übergangszeit nicht zu empfehlen
Die FeWo Gaestehaus Bruhn 1 ist an sich schoen und nett gelegen. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin war freundlich und hilfsbereit; sehr angenehm! Allerdings ist sie letztendlich vom Eigentuemer abhaengig, der nebenan wohnt. Urspruenglich ab Gründonnerstag, den 2.4 26, gebucht, hatten wir sie bereits am Vormittag des 1.4.26 informiert, dass wir einen Tag spaeter anreisen und sie gebeten, die Wohnung ab 2.4.26 gut vorzuheizen (es herrschte noch Frost). Sie sagte zu und gab unsere Bitte an den Eigentuemer weiter. Als wir am Karfreitag, den 3.4.26, um 15:00h ankamen, waren alle Heizkoerper aus. Die Fussboeden der EG Wohnung waren eiskalt. Auch die Waende strahlten Kälte ab. Die Wohnung war seit Oktober 2025 nicht mehr geheizt worden. Wir hatten bei unserer Ankunft 13 Grad. Es dauerte 30 Stunden, bis die Wohnung eine akzeptable Temperatur erreicht hatte. Die Boeden blieben auch mit Hausschuhen eiskalt.
Es stellte sich heraus, dass unsere Ansprechpartnerin wie zugesagt, den Eigentuemer gebeten hatte, die Wohnung zu heizen. Der Eigentuemer, den wir auch kennengelernt haben, ist zwar formal höflich, aber durchaus eigenwillig. Da wir ohnehin nur für 4 Naechte gebucht hatten, hat uns diese Eigenwilligkeit unseren Kurztrip ziemlich vermaleidet. Salopp gilt hier: Beware of the Landlord s Energy Saving Strategies. They may be an impediment to a truly relaxing time
