The living room features a fireplace, sofa, TV, DVD player, and opens onto a private garden with outdoor seating, children’s games, and a wood barbecue.
Outside, enjoy meals on the terrace with garden furniture and two barbecues (gas and charcoal). Pets are welcome.
The basement includes a garage for one car, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, plus a pantry with fridge-freezer.
