Wir waren im September 2025 für eine Woche hier und hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit. Die sehr komfortable Wohnung, eingebettet in eine kleine, mit viel grün angelegte Ferienanlage mit mehreren Gebäuden, ist komplett ausgestattet, sehr sauber und alles funktioniert tadellos, vom großen Flatscreen-TV über die Spülmaschine bis zu den elektrischen Rollläden. Für Kinder stehen viele Spielgeräte zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation nach der Buchung ist zuverlässig, alle benötigten Infos inkl. Zahlencode für den Zugang zur Wohnung kommen kurz vor der Anreise rechtzeitig per E-Mail. Eine hervorragend und unterhaltsam gestaltete Info-Mappe enthält alle Informationen, die vor Ort benötigt werden. Parkplatz für Auto und sichere Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Das WLAN funktioniert problemlos und schnell. Die Lage im Nordwesten von Friedrichshafen ist ideal für Ausflüge in beide Richtungen des Bodensees. Die Uferpromenaden in FN und Immenstaad sind auch auf perfekt ausgeschilderten Radwegen schnell zu erreichen. Bäcker, Metzger und ein kleiner Laden sind am Ort und in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit den speziell hierfür kostenlos zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrrädern schnell zu erreichen. In Markdorf, 2 km entfernt, gibt es Supermärkte und Discounter. Gaststätten mit deutscher Küche gibt es direkt am Wohnort. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ein- und ausgecheckt wird mit einem kleinen Safe, der an der Tür hängt und mit einem Zahlencode geöffnet wird, in dem der Transponder für die Tür ist. Die hervorragend und unterhaltsam gestaltete Mappe enthält alle Informationen, die benötigt werden.Parkplatz für Auto und sichere Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Das WLAN funktioniert problemlos und schnell.Die Lage im Nordwesten von Friedrichshafen ist perfekt für Ausflüge in beide Richtungen des Bodensees.
