Villa 'Camaleón' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Villa Camaleón is located in Chiclana de la Frontera and is ideal for enjoying an unforgettable holiday with family or friends. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 people. The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a ping-pong table available. The villa features a private outdoor area with three open terraces and a balcony.



You have access to a shared outdoor area with pools (including a children's pool), a garden and a playground. Use of the pools is subject to certain restrictions: one pool with a lifeguard is available from June 1 to June 15 and from September 1 to September 15, while all 4 pools have lifeguards from 12:00 to 20:00 in July and August. Use of the pools outside these periods is not permitted.



There is also a recreational area with 2 padel courts, a multi-sports court and a playground. The villa is close to the beach and only a 10-minute walk from a large supermarket open during the summer months.



Parking spaces are inside the gated community and are monitored by video surveillance. Families with children are welcome. Pets and events are not allowed. Security cameras are only in the recreational area and the parking lot. Please note that there may be government regulations regarding water use during your stay, which could affect pool use, garden irrigation or limit tap water usage.
