Reitemann Vacation Rental – Your Retreat in the Alps!
Immerse yourself in the unspoiled nature surrounding the Reitemann Vacation Rental (available for the first time in April 2025) in Oy-Mittelberg, where breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings await you. Ideally located on the outskirts of town, this is a place of relaxation, perfect for hikers and cyclists. Here, you can set out directly onto the hiking and biking trails and enjoy the fresh Alpine air.
Our modern accommodations offer a variety of amenities, including an infrared sauna for relaxation after an exciting day. Take advantage of the sunbathing lawn with free lounge chairs in our private garden to soak up the sun. Sled and snowshoe rentals are also available so you can explore the winter landscape.
A bike garage with e-bike charging stations lets you plan your adventures with ease. 
The kiosk by the swimming lake is just a 15-minute walk away and offers you the chance to refresh yourself with a cool drink. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful scenery of Oy-Mittelberg, and let yourself be enchanted by the atmosphere.

Reitemann Vacation Rental:

In our new, 65-square-meter vacation apartment, you’ll find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator with freezer, an espresso machine, and all the necessary accessories.
Groceries such as salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, and more are available to you free of charge. So nothing stands in the way of a delicious dinner!
You can also relax and unwind in the evenings in a cozy living area with a TV (Netflix).
A separate bedroom with a double bed and a closet offers a quiet retreat whenever you need it.
A spacious bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and high-quality infrared sauna (Physiotherm)—including shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner—invites you to enjoy relaxing moments in the evening.
When the weather is nice, you can also enjoy your vacation on the terrace with its garden, seating, and plenty of peace and quiet.



On-site fees: Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of €1.40 per person per night will be charged separately on-site. A 50% prepayment may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due one week before arrival via bank transfer or as otherwise agreed. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
