Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem, einzeln stehenden Einfamilienhaus und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt in einem Wohngebiet, am Ortsrand. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf den Hof und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur gemeinsamen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse und Hof.
