2020/21 renovated modern vacation home (105sqm) with partially fenced garden (125sqm) over 2 floors for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children (+1 baby).

6 adults are not possible.

Entrance/dining area with large dining table for 6 people. Living room with large flat screen TV (55 inch) and couch. Separate fully equipped modern kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer and small dining area. 2 bedrooms with double bed, each with 2 separate mattresses. Children's room with bunk bed (mattress length 160cm). 1 bathroom with shower/WC on the ground floor. 1 bathroom with shower and separate WC on the upper floor. Direct access from the house to the private terrace with seating furniture, gas barbecue and lawn (partially fenced). Washing/drying machine available. Ironing board/iron available. WLAN and Internet TV free of charge.

Bicycle/motorcycle cellar accessible via separate outside entrance. 3 free parking spaces available directly in front of the house. Non-smoking house. No pets allowed. Children's high chair / baby crib (up to 15kg) / socket fuse available free of charge on request. Bed linen and towels available free of charge on request. Final cleaning included.

Alles super, gerne wieder

Pros: Die Vermieter sind super freundlich. Das Haus ist komplett renoviert und befindet sich in einem Top Zustand. Alles wie Neu. Küche und beide Bäder auch komplett neu renoviert. Wir werden wieder kommen! Cons: Nichts.
