Haus am Schilf lohnt sich für uns immer. Wir sind dort wirklich gerne und kommen sicherlich auch wieder. Hier ein paar Punkte zur Verbesserung: - Ein Trinkglas war am Rand kaputt. Hätte unsere Kids darauf getrunken wären das schmerzhaft geworden - eine Wohnzimmerdeckenlampe ist kaputt. Wir konnten sie notdürftig reparieren aber das hält nicht mehr lange (und ist eigentlich keine Aufgabe für den Urlaub) - wir haben im Bad am ersten Tag mal mit Toilettenpapier ein paar Wassertropfen weggewischt. Das Papier war danach echt schmutzig was für eine frisch gereinigte FeWo eigentlich nicht der Standard sein sollte. Wird die nur geswiffert oder auch mal richtig gewischt. Im Bad wäre wischen für die Hygiene schon toll. - Wir haben den Brötchenbestellservice etwas vermisst. Das war früher echt praktisch - Die Schlafcouch geht sicherlicb für ein paar Tage aber ist gerade am Kopfteil wegen einer Kante echt unbequem. Dazu brummt der Kühlschrank dann auch die ganze Nacht. Das hat schon etwas genervt(in der Nacht). Der "Hahn" ist deswegen für uns jetzt nur noch die Notvariante, wenn die anderen FeWos nicht vergeben sein sollten. Bewertung bei Service und Freundlichkeit ist ausschließlich für den Hausdrachen. Vor ein paar Jahren hat die Dame ja schon immer mehr genervt geguckt und such schnell echauffiert aber ein kurzes "Hallo" war da immer noch drin. Jetzt ignoriert sie die Gäste scheinbar einfach... Sie muss ihren Job und die Gäste echt nicht mögen. Das tut einem fast leid.
