The lower level features: A bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a high-quality bathroom with shower and toilet, including a hair dryer; a living room with a sleeper sofa for 2 people (sleeping area 140x160 cm) and a cable TV set; a dining area, and a kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, and a small oven. The very spacious south-facing balcony is furnished with balcony furniture. The second floor is located in the attic and features a large bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a fold-out sleeper chair (80x190 cm) for one person, a second TV with cable reception, a south-facing loggia with balcony furniture, and a second fully and high-quality renovated shower room with a very large shower.

Park your car conveniently in the outdoor parking space reserved for you right in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available via a hotspot system in the house. A high chair is available for young guests. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer, as well as a lockable bike storage room, are available.
