Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Vacation Rentals service office at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.

Here, up to 4 people can stay in a modern, well-equipped vacation rental measuring approximately 47 m², featuring a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a partial view of the Baltic Sea.

You’ll sleep in one bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) or in a separate bedroom equipped with a box-spring bed (160x200 cm) and a spacious closet. In the newly furnished kitchen, you’ll find everything you need, such as: kitchen appliances, cutlery, and dishes/glasses, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle. Your vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via an elevator.

An underground parking space (Park Deck C) is reserved for you during your stay. The entrance height to the underground parking garage is 1.90 m. Due to piping inside the garage, the height is reduced in some areas to 1.70 m. We therefore recommend that you enter with a vehicle height of no more than 1.70 cm.

A shared laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers is available to you in the basement. Depending on availability, you can store your own bicycles in the bike storage room.

Please understand that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.

Upon request, shorter stays than the regular minimum stay are also possible in this apartment. Feel free to contact us!

All kinds of recreational activities—such as the Grömitz golf course, the climbing park at Lensterstrand, or the picturesque marina—are just a few of the wonderful destinations nearby.
