Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town center are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of the construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue through 2027.

This bright, approximately 30 m² one-room vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained apartment building right on the Laboe marina and offers enough space for up to 2 people.

The small, lovingly furnished apartment is easily accessible by elevator (100x100 cm). The combined living/dining and sleeping area features a small kitchenette with a dining area, as well as a couch and a fold-out bed (2x 90x200 cm). The en suite bathroom with a shower rounds out the amenities. A definite highlight is the loggia. From here, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the ship traffic on the Kiel Fjord. By the way, the windows open all the way, so you can let in the fresh sea air whenever you like. The marina is less than 50 m away. Ferry trips to Kiel or the western shore are a must during any stay in Laboe.

In this cozy, nautically decorated apartment, you’ll be right on the waterfront, just a few steps from the pier and the beach.

A parking space is reserved for you in front of the building. Note: There is no Wi-Fi available here.
