Built in 2025, this newly constructed holiday rental offers a modern, cosy atmosphere and is located just 50 metres from city centre, so you can easily reach Sylt’s best amenities on foot.

With a spacious floor area of 45 m², this ground-floor holiday apartment offers plenty of room for up to four people. The light-filled rooms are tastefully furnished, and the open kitchen, which opens onto the living room, invites you to prepare culinary delights. Here you’ll find all the necessary appliances, such as an electric stove with an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and much more. The bedroom is equipped with a cosy double bed, blackout curtains, and a smart TV.

In the modern bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, towel warmer, and natural stone tiles.

Additional amenities include an ironing board and iron, a vacuum cleaner, and heated floors.

Diese Ferienwohnung gehört zu einer der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je gebucht haben. Sie ist sehr hochwertig, vollständig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen, da alles fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Unser Auto haben wir während der gesamten Zeit kostengünstig im Parkhaus direkt nebenan abgestellt. Wir werden in Zukunft gerne erneut über Port54 eine Unterkunft mieten.
