Welcome to the Butjahuus—your new vacation home on the North Sea coast! You’ll find a high-end, ground-floor apartment with stylish design and first-class comfort. A special highlight is the private sauna—perfect for pure relaxation after a day at the beach or a mudflat hike. Just 150 m from the dike and 400 m from the family-friendly Friesenstrand, the Butjahuus offers an unbeatable location for your North Sea vacation. Spanning 74 m², you’ll find a well-thought-out floor plan, plenty of natural light, a large garden, and space for up to 3 adults + a baby/toddler or 2 adults and 2 children.

**Living & Relaxing**
The open living area, with large windows, direct access to the garden, and a furnished terrace, creates a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring high-quality appliances, a raclette grill, and an electric grill, makes cooking a pleasure—whether for a shared dinner or cozy game nights around the large dining table.

**Sleeping**
The bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm), a smart TV, and blackout pleated blinds for restful nights. The comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate a third adult or two children.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The wellness bathroom, featuring a private sauna and an extra-wide, walk-in shower, is ideal for seniors or guests using walking aids. This ensures a comfortable and accessible spa experience—no matter the season.

**Family-Friendly**
A travel crib, high chair, and garden area ensure that even our youngest guests feel completely at home. Dogs are welcome for a fee.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your vacation or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

**Services & Extras**
An extra-wide parking space right in front of the apartment makes it easy to get in and out. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored in the lockable bike room. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and contactless check-in via a key safe are, of course, included.

Tossens offers nature, relaxation, and variety: mudflat hikes in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, bike tours along the coast, water sports, the Aqua Mundo water park, beach chairs on the Frisian beach, and cozy cafés and restaurants.
