A unique apartment in a historic building in the middle of the Latin Quarter
Wecome to this well-lit and charming 125 m2 aparment located in the heart of Copenhagen's Latin Quarter, an area known for its cozy narrow streets, small cafés and historic buildings.
The apartment is on the 4th floor in a cultural landmark, a building without an elevator that has a lot of atmosphere with visible beams, slanted walls and original details.
Fantastic view of the city’s towers. Easy access to the apartment and we’ll help carry your luggage upstairs
The apartment consists of:
2 bedrooms:
- 1 room with double bed 180 x 200 cm that can be raised and lowered for extra comfort
- 1 room with bed 140 x 200 cm under a cozy slanted wall
- Large, open living room with dining area, fireplace and stairs to a private, locked loft.
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and everything you need to make meals
- Combined bathroom / laundry room with washing machine and large shower
- Fast WiFi and TV with streaming
Details and atmosphere:
The apartment is furnished in a personal and Nordic style in which modern comfort meets classic Danish design. From the rustic beams to the colorful designer lamps and the art on the walls, one experiences an authentic local atmosphere.
The view over red shingled rooftops and the cobblestones in the yard create a calm contrast to the lively city life that is going on right outside the door.
