Oceanside Fenwick Island - Grande Beach House Pour Familles

Cette grande maison océan (10-12 personnes confortablement) est idéalement situé à l'extrémité nord de la ville de l'île de Fenwick juste à côté de James Street. Fenwick Island est connu pour ses belles plages larges et propres qui ne sont jamais surpeuplées. Cette grande maison (3500 sq. Ft +) est idéal pour les familles avec des salles de jeux stockés avec des jeux et des jouets, plusieurs salles de séjour et des ponts à prendre dans le soleil d'après-midi et les couchers de soleil sur la baie. La cour arrière a une balançoire et est clôturé pour vos jeunes enfants à jouer. Sortez de la porte arrière et simplement marcher 200 pieds vers le bas une servitude à James Street et puis vous êtes à environ 500 pieds de l'accès des dunes direct à la plage.

Great location for the beach.

This house is just a block from the beach. The beach was great and never crowded. The large wagon for taking stuff to the beach was greatly appreciated. The house with 5 bedrooms worked great for our family but it could use some updating overall.

Relaxing stay

The house was comfortable and pleasant. We are seven seniors and enjoyed the ocean being just around the corner, the proximity to Ocean City and Bethany Beach, and some really nice restaurants.

Excellent getaway for our family

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Chrisy and her husband were excellent at answering our questions and dealing with our concerns in a very timely manner. 100 percent would stay here again and are already considering booking for next summer

Perfect location for Ocean's Calling

We stayed here to be out of the craziness of OC for the music festival. It was a perfect place to decompress in the evenings. Chrisy was super responsive and the house was great.

As advertised. Good set up for families. Good location to palaces to eat locally at the beach is fabulous. Very close to the beach. 5 min walk. Only down side is that you have to walk to the beach along the major road way in front of the house. No sidewalk. Short walk past two homes to side street.

I’m glad you and your family had a great time. I wish I knew this sooner-To go to beach- no need to walk down Highway. Simply go out the back gate and walk down an easement. For your convenience there is a large beach cart to tote your beach things to the dune by back gate

Tons of Space and Easy Access to the Beach

Overall we had a great stay. There was a lot of space for everyone to relax back at the house if needed. Easy access to the beach, it was only a block walk which was great since we have a 1 year old. Would highly recommend.

Great house!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Tingle's Time Out. The house is comfortable and spacious - we were an extended family with 4 generations represented and all had plenty of room. Proximity to the beach and the use of the wagon to drag all our stuff up was a plus. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Beach access was great because of the young children we had along. The beach cart was a lifesaver! The 3-yr old loved the lower level playroom and outdoor playground. Furniture/lroom layouts have changed inside and out compared to pix on vrbo, but nothing that affected our stay adversely. The house is roomy and easily accomodated the 9 of us. Five bedrooms was awesome! Chrisy was extremely responsive to all my questions and thorough in her responses! Would stay here again!

Great Escape from Life

Great location, great house! Although my friends and I ended up here trying to escape a hurricane in north Carolina, it exceeded all our expectations. The house was great and close enough to walk to restaurants and the beach. We live near DC and will definitely be trying to come back!

Perfect for Extended Families

This was our third year at the beach house. Being Oceanside and close to the beach is great. From the balcony we saw gorgeous sunsets over the bay. We hope to return in 2020.

Great beach house

Our family had a wonderful week! House was exactly as shown. Very spacious and nice. Owner stopped by with two bags of ice since ice maker wasn’t working. Owners were super responsive and nice. Highly recommend staying here.

Family Fun!

The house is great for families with small children. There is a baby gate to keep them from falling down the steps. There are play rooms and toys. The kitchen is nice and fully stocked. The outdoor decks are nice. It is not too far from the beach. We had a wonderful time!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We shared the house with our grown children and their families. Each family shared two bedrooms joined by a full bath. The master bedroom was on the third floor along with the living room and kitchen. So we all had some privacy when needed. The beach was a five minure walk and the beach cart that comes with the house made it so easy to transport chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The house was clean and comfortable and very spacious. Chrisy was great and responded quickly when we contacted her. I highly recommend this house and look forward to future stays.

We are multiple family’s that come together for our beach vacation each year. We love FI and this house was perfect for us. Everything was clean and looked what we had excepted from pictures and written descriptions. The ease of walking to the beach and to anything downtown was perfect and just what we wanted in a house. We hope to vacation here next year as well.

Place is great

Everything about this property was as advertised and wonderful. The set up was perfect for our whole family of grandparents, mother with 5 yr old and couple with 5 and 1.5 yr old. There was a simple walk to the beach, a walking/biking street out the back door, a little playground in the backyard, fantastic tv service. The neighborhood had easily accessible playgrounds, water park, bars.restaurants...We look forward to staying there again..The host was very responsive!!!

Very Satisfying Return Vacation

It's so nice to want to return to a beach house rental. And we were very pleased with our second year here. This house is perfect for a 3 generation family like ours. Grammie had the master bedroom on the main floor and everyone else had the downstairs bedrooms. Although the house is on the main street, it's an easy walk to the beach. The house was clean with no lingering sand from the previous renters. We plan to return for our 3rd year in 2019!

We are the original owner of this home. Until last summer, this was our full time, year round home and we have consistently upgraded and maintained the home.
Mark is a native of Fenwick Island, Delaware and married Chrisy in 2007. Their two children loved growing up in Fenwick Island. The Tingle family still live and work locally in the area. Chrisy is a licensed realtor in Delaware.
