The Space:

This elegant flat on the 2nd floor impresses with its spacious layout, high-quality furnishings and stylish interior with classic elements - ideal for couples, business travellers or guests with high standards.

A marvellous four-poster bed gives the bedroom a special charm. The quiet location ensures a restful night's sleep, complemented by tasteful furnishings and practical details such as bedside tables and storage space.

The spacious living room with cosy sofa area and stylish decor invites you to relax. Large windows provide natural light and a marvellous view of the historic cityscape.



🍽️ Kitchen & dining area:

The modern, well-equipped kitchen in elegant black is a real design highlight. In addition to a hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, it also has a large dining table with antique chairs - perfect for stylish dinners or breakfasts.

A luxurious bathroom with free-standing bath, large walk-in shower, double washbasin and tasteful natural stone elements - a real retreat with a spa feel.



🏛️ Building & access:

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a listed building with an elegant staircase. The combination of classic old building flair and modern comfort makes this flat unique.



📍 Location:

Located directly on the historic town hall square, in the centre of the old town. Cafés, restaurants, sights and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The railway station is within easy walking distance.



Guest Access:

Coming from the front door, the path leads through the historic staircase to your accommodation on the 2nd floor (door on the left - ‘Schloss-Suite’). One level below is the room with the washing machine and tumble dryer (‘Feuerwehrkammer’).

To get to the rear courtyard with the waste bins for residual waste, paper, cardboard and plastic, walk past the stairs on the left from the front door and open the rear door.



Other Things to Note:

Private parking spaces are available for our guests on a nearby property (approx. 8 minutes' walk away). Use is subject to a charge (€5 per day) and only possible by prior reservation, as the number of spaces is limited. Please let us know in good time if you need a parking space.



Important information about the facilities:

Our flat will officially open on 1 July. Until then, the furnishings may still change slightly - individual pieces of furniture or decorative elements may be replaced or supplemented by equivalent alternatives. The photos show the planned state and serve as a guide. Small deviations are possible and do not constitute a defect. We promise: The style will remain consistent - and your stay just as comfortable.
