Tuscany vacation home in a central location with ocean views, a balcony, private garden, terrace, Wi-Fi, parking, and picturesque sunset views
This completely renovated country house dates back to 1810 and features a small garden, a balcony, and a garden terrace—all with ocean views in an absolutely quiet and idyllic setting. The house has two entrances: one from the street and a second entrance from the owners’ property.
If you’d like a parking space, you can park on the owners’ fenced-in property and use the second entrance.
Kitchen with access to the balcony and garden. On the south-west-facing terrace with garden furniture, you can enjoy the sun until its picturesque sunset. The vacation rental is particularly suitable for couples and families with small children. We do not recommend this vacation home for 4 adults.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in der Toskana! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Genau der richtige Ort, um sich zu entspannen und die Region zu genießen. Kerstin war eine Großartige Gastgeberin.Sie war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben. Dank ihr konnten wir die Toskana noch intensiver erleben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!
