With 54 m², this cozy accommodation on the first floor of a well-maintained 6-unit building in the popular Dünenresidenz Karlshagen offers the perfect retreat for couples seeking peace, comfort, and nature.
Just a 200-meter walk from the fine-sand main beach, long walks and relaxing days by the sea promise unforgettable experiences.

The location is ideal for exploring the diverse recreational opportunities on Usedom:, whether it’s trips to Karl’s Strawberry Farm, the treetop trail in Heringsdorf, or the HTI Museum in Peenemünde—everything is easily accessible on foot or by car.
The local bike path network invites you to take leisurely rides through nature, while the fine-sand beach is just a few minutes away.



Olli Vacation Rental:

Our modern and lovingly furnished Olli apartment features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, Philips pad coffee maker, and electric kettle, as well as a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm). The bathroom with shower and toilet provides additional comfort. A fully fenced-in garden is available for pleasant outdoor moments—ideal for relaxing.

For your entertainment, free Wi-Fi and a 55-inch Samsung flat-screen TV with satellite reception are available—perfect for enjoying your time even when the weather isn’t ideal. A free parking space right in front of the house makes your arrival convenient.


Please note that charging an electric or hybrid car using the Olli vacation rental’s on-site electrical system is NOT permitted.!!!
However, vehicles can be charged at the OIL gas station and several other locations in the town of Karlshagen.
A bike rack outside the house is available for your use; however, there is NO lockable shed attached to the Olli vacation rental.!!!

In der Besuchermappe fanden wir sehr hilfreiche und kulinarische Tipps.Familie Fey hat sich wirklich Mühe bei der Wohnung gegeben ein echter Geheimtipp! Die Nähe zum feinen Sandstrand weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss war eines unserer Highlights.
