Welcome to Nordseehus-HYGGE here in Fedderwardersiel.
Your vacation home (built in 2023, first rental in 2024) measures 110 square meters and is designed to accommodate 6 people with 3 bedrooms.
When furnishing the vacation home, we focused on the concept of “HYGGE” (the Danish way of life that embodies coziness and comfort) and decorated it with great care.
Each bedroom features a box spring bed with a single, full-length mattress measuring 180x200m.
One bedroom also includes a foldable travel crib. (A high chair is also available.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you can cook to your heart’s content—or simply head to one of the many restaurants in town.
The vacation home has 2 bathrooms, each with a floor-to-ceiling shower. One of the bathrooms is additionally equipped with a bathtub and a sauna, so you can and should feel completely at ease even when the weather is unpleasant.
In the summer, the covered patio is perfect for cozy evenings.
All windows are equipped with fly screens.
The house features allergy-friendly vinyl flooring and underfloor heating.
A 10.4 kWp solar power system and a 9.6 kW storage unit make the house self-sufficient in electricity—at least when the sun is shining—which speaks to its sustainability.
There is ample parking for two cars in front of the vacation home. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the harbor in Fedderwardersiel. Here you can enjoy the famous fish sandwiches, which are known far beyond the town of Fedderwardersiel.
A little further on, you’ll come to the “Nordseelagune,” where—especially with children—you can enjoy the waters of the North Sea to your heart’s content.
The adjacent “Langwarder Groden” nature reserve is perfect for long walks. This area is also known for its diverse bird population throughout the year. In the wider region, you’ll find the Klimahaus in Bremerhaven, the major ports in Wilhelmshaven and Bremerhaven, the town of Nordenham, and many small villages where you can indulge in cozy dining.
