Welcome to our newly renovated 1-room apartment with a living space of 44 square meters, located on the first floor of an apartment building.



The apartment features high-quality furnishings and modern comforts in a compact space. A small hallway with a coat rack leads to the living area, which opens onto a covered balcony with seating. The living area includes a double bed, and the couch can be converted into a sofa bed (sleeping area 190 cm x 140 cm).



The separate kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, sink, stove, microwave, and oven. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower.



A covered parking space is included with the apartment.



Our apartment is situated in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the village of Griesbach and the beautiful Black Forest landscape. You can relax on the balcony or enjoy activities such as hiking, cycling, or skiing in the surrounding area. A private parking space and WLAN are available free of charge. The train station and several restaurants are within walking distance. Hiking trails, a mountain bike trail, and opportunities for snowshoeing are available nearby. A bakery and grocery store can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, and the tourist information office is also only 5 minutes away by car.
