This house is located right in the heart of Ahlbeck, just about 150 metres from the boardwalk and the beautiful white-sand beach. It’s also just a stone’s throw from Ahlbeck’s famous pier. In Ahlbeck, the bustling activity is centred on Seestraße, which you can reach in just a few steps. Here you’ll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops that invite you to linger, stroll, and shop, as well as a supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, and more. The Rossmann building houses a branch of the chemist chain and an exclusive holiday apartment.

The modern, 140-square-meter penthouse spans the entire top floor of the building without being restricted by sloping ceilings. The spacious living area forms the centrepiece of the apartment. In the large, bright sofa area, guests can sit together comfortably or simply relax or read. Two comfortable TV armchairs and a large flat-screen TV are situated slightly off to the side of the room, though it’s just as easy to watch TV from the couch. A large, furnished rooftop terrace promises sunshine almost all day long and a beautiful view of the neighbouring houses and gardens. The large, open kitchen with a window—equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven with a ceramic cooktop, and more—makes preparing meals a pleasure. An adjacent counter with three bar stools and a dining table that seats 5 people are available for shared meals. Both bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space, as well as an additional smaller flat-screen TV. The quieter of the two rooms is located at the back of the house and offers the same view as the rooftop terrace. From the window of the other bedroom, you can watch the hustle and bustle on Seestraße. Two comfortable bathrooms are available to guests. The slightly smaller bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. A washing machine is also available to guests here. The larger bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and double sink. Guests also have access to a sauna here. A guest bathroom is located right next to this bathroom. Guests can park their cars and lock up their bicycles in the unlocked underground garage. Deliveries to the Rossmann store may occasionally cause temporary noise disturbances.
