The apartment features a living room/bedroom with a new sleeper sofa (150 x 200 cm with an extra mattress), a recliner and reading lamp, a coffee table, an internet radio with CD player, and a satellite smart TV.

The dining area seats 4 people; there is also a new, sturdy high chair available.

The beautiful sun terrace is furnished with 4 high-back chairs, cushions, a garden table, and a parasol. Here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and a sundowner in the evening. The terrace is surrounded by a small fence and a hedge, so children and dogs can’t get away.
Our seagull sits on the privacy fence and is looking forward to your visit.

In the new, well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need if you enjoy cooking and don’t always want to eat out. Stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a Senseo coffee maker, a new filter coffee maker, and a milk frother. For a cosy tea time, there’s a kettle, teapot, and tea warmer.

Two bowls are provided for your four-legged friend.

The bedroom with a double bed features a floor-to-ceiling window, two nightstands, a wardrobe, two radio alarm clocks, and two dimmable reading lamps. When purchasing the high-quality mattresses, we prioritised quality, ensuring pure relaxation and restful sleep. The mattresses can be flipped to adjust the firmness level, offering the right fit for every back. Blackout curtains are provided throughout the apartment. The windows were replaced in 2021, ensuring peace and comfort.
For children, we provide a travel cot and a high chair.

In the hallway, there is a coat rack with two large mirrors, a shelf, and a shoe rack. Even when the weather’s bad, we won’t leave you out in the rain—two umbrellas are provided.

The modernised bathroom features a toilet, a walk-in shower, bright lighting, a large illuminated mirror and a cosmetic mirror, plenty of storage space for your bathroom essentials, and a hair dryer.

A private parking space numbered 4 (1/4) is available free of charge to our guests behind the house.
Bicycles can be parked at the bike rack in front of the house.

Additional amenities: small safe, kitchen scale, blender, clothes rack, etc. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Alternatively, a laundry package can be booked at the Knauff office.

Wi-Fi access is free for all guests. You’ll find the password in the comprehensive guest information folder in your holiday rental.

There is a coin-operated washing machine in the building.

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
