Living in the Heart of Nature
This beautiful apartment is situated between cycling and hiking trails. From the terrace, you enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the natural landscape and up to the mountains. An electric terrace awning protects you from the sun. The terrace is perfect for a cozy breakfast or relaxed barbecue evenings.
A grocery store is located nearby. The district town of Sankt Wendel is only 6 kilometers away and offers numerous shopping opportunities, a swimming pool, a golf course, and many well-known events. The Bostalsee, with an area of 120 hectares and offering activities such as swimming, surfing, or boating, can be reached in just 24 kilometers.
The apartment is suitable for both fitters and families with children. Upon request, toys can be provided for children. There is also an indoor swing.
All shutters can be operated electrically. The apartment is equipped with three modern televisions, including a 65-inch smart TV in the living room.
Mobile working is also taken care of: you have access to an electric, height-adjustable desk with monitor and keyboard. You only need to connect your laptop via USB-C and can start working immediately.
The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook.
