La cuisine n'est pas aux normes électriques, plusieurs rallonges sont branchées sur une seule prise. Le chauffage n'est pas fixé au mur et branché a l'autre bout de la pièce avec une grande rallonge. La cabine de douche du premier étage n'est pas fixé au sol, une amie a failli basculer en sortant de la douche.Le logement est globalement poussiéreux avec beaucoup de toiles d'araignée.
