Creekside - Breckenridge is a 2600 Sq. Ft. well-appointed private home that rests on nearly an acre of mountainside land, and backs to hundreds of square miles of National Forest. Perfect for a family getaway or two families with children seeking outdoor adventure, the home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and a loft with a sleeper sofa, allowing more sleeping areas - the home sleeps up to 10. The updated kitchen will suit all your needs, and we provide the basics and more (utensils, spices, pots/pans, cooking oil, griddle, waffle maker, etc.)
ENTERTAINING AND DINING
Gather in the main floor great room with a wood-burning fireplace and soaring wood ceilings and settle into the comfortable leather couches and chairs. Create your best cuisine in the modern kitchen with eat-at bar and granite countertops, or head out to the back deck and fire-up the 4-Burner Premium Gas Grill. And feast at the large dining room table with seating up to 10.
FRONT PORCH AND WRAP-AROUND DECKS
From the large covered porch, relax to the sounds of the year-round creek on this nearly 1-acre property. Sip your coffee on one of the two second floor private balconies serving the loft and master bedroom. Plus, a newly expanded main-level deck wraps halfway around the house where you can enjoy the unique lift-chair swing and two picnic tables.
DOWNSTAIRS GAME ROOM & MOVIES
The gameroom on the lower level sports a foosball table, games, and NEW 50-INCH Netflix-Ready HDTV (We Pay for Netflix so you don't have to!). Stay connected with high-speed WiFi internet (50MBPs) and basic cable TV.

You'll find that Creekside's large picture windows and multiple decks offer lovely views of the Breckenridge valley, and the stars really come out at night! Head to Town for all Breck has to offer, or just get away from it all, the choice is yours!

Bedroom Two offers a Queen Bed - Sleeps 2.
Bedroom Three offers twin bunk beds - Sleeps 4.
The Loft offers a Sofa with Queen-sized Pullout Bed - Sleeps 2.
Downstairs Sofa Bed - Sleeps 2
And for additional sleeping you will find two twin mattresses located beneath the bunk beds.
We also have a Pack-and-Play for the little ones (in the Master BR).
UPGRADED LAUNDRY - We've recently upgraded our in-house laundry facility with Brand-New high capacity front-loading Washer and Dryer.
UPGRADED KITCHEN - We've recently upgraded our refrigerator to a 25-Cubic Foot Stainless Steel unit with through the door ice and filtered water.
World Class Skiing: Ski Breck! The Breckenridge Gondola is less than 3 miles drive, or only 0.75 miles to free parking with shuttle access. Also a short drive to Breckenridge Peak 7 or 8 base areas. Or venture out to Keystone, Copper Mountain, Loveland, or A-Basin, all less than a 30 minute drive away! And just 15 more minutes to Vail/Beaver Creek!
Cross-Country Skiing: If you have your own, the Creekside Trail would be a nice snowshoe or CC Ski track. There's also the Nordic Center ( 4 miles drive) offering snowshoeing, skating and Cross-Country Skiing (Day Rate is $20, and CC rentals are $20/day).
Other Nearby Activities: The Breckenridge Recreation Center is less than 2 miles drive, and offers: Climbing Wall, Fitness Equipment & Weights, Fitness Studios, Gymnasium, Pro Shop, Racquetball Court, Indoor Running Track
Indoor Swimming Pools, Sauna, Steam Room, plus Indoor & Outdoor Hot Tubs and Indoor & Outdoor Tennis Courts. Daily rates from $7.50 to $15.
Breckenridge Golf Club (Open to the Public) is only 3 miles away. World Class 27-Hole Golf (Jack Nicklaus Designed) at 9300 ft Elevation. Opens in May - Greens Fees starting at $35/nine or $67/18 holes. Also, twilight and happy hour specials.
There is a refundable damage deposit and will be collected in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Proof of identification and a signed short term rental agreement may be required by the owner. Check-in is after 4 pm and Check-out is before 10 am unless pre-arranged with owner.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 8-10 adults, or 10-12 total with children.
The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
This property can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.
4x4 is recommended during any date that snow may occur. We do maintain the driveway with a very reliable plowing service (they also maintain the pathways, stairs and main deck).

Tim and Diane are happy new owners living in The Woodlands, Texas. We enjoy our visits to Colorado and really enjoy the mountains.

Why Owner / Property Manager chose Breckenridge
Over the past 25 years, we've always enjoyed our visits to Breckenridge, and it was a nice time to purchase a mountain home. The location is a very short drive to town and amenities, but is so private and quiet, you would never know how close you are! The Peak 6/7 neighborhood is also located on the north side of Breckenridge, allowing quick access to I-70 and Denver was well.
What makes this House unique
With a backdrop of the White River National Forest, and a nice circular hike tying into an old logging road, you can really get out and enjoy the property. A year-round mountain creek provides a soothing sound to enhance the serenity of the home. The close proximity to 6 ski areas (Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Copper, A-Basin) is also a unique benefit.

Loved our weekend!
Great location, close to downtown and slopes! House is very nice, very clean! Difficult to find in the dark as there is no street number on the street. Would definitely stay here again, wish we had longer!
We had a fabulous stay! The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Perfect location close to town yet still off the beaten path. We would stay here again and bring along guests, the home can easily accommodate two families. Lovely property!
Great Group House
Tim’s creekside home was an excellent spot for our long weekend. Our group was six adults and the house was perfect - for a group with kids it would probably be even better. There was plenty of common space for everyone to hang out but we never felt like we were on top of each other. Even the couple that took the bunk bed room downstairs was really happy with the setup.
The location is great, really close to town and in Uber range but felt like we were out in the country. We skied a few days but on Sunday we just crossed the street and played with some sleds and saucers on the hiking trails. It might have been our favorite activity of the trip.
There was a minor issue with the front door keypad upon our arrival but Tim answered the phone right away and we got it sorted out quickly. Some of our group had issues connecting to the guest WiFi that they have setup for renters but even that was not really a problem. We would definitely stay here again for another ski weekend.

Perfect Balance of Coziness and Cabininess
We loved the properpty! Perfectly nestled in the woods, but close to town. Picturesque, easy to work with property manager, plenty of common space and individual space. Luved it!
We are located on the north side of Breckenridge, which means we are not impacted by ski traffic and have plenty of free parking, which may not be available in town.
