Single-level apartment with private courtyard, just 50 meters from Bernières-sur-Mer beach, opposite the sailing club and close to a supermarket and equestrian center. Nightly rentals are available with a minimum stay of two nights.



The property features one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet, and a living room with a 140 x 190 cm Murphy bed offering comfortable sleeping.



Short stays welcome, minimum two nights. Free WiFi is included.



One pet is allowed upon request.



Utilities are included, but end-of-stay cleaning is not. For long stays, please contact the owner via the booking platform for a reduced rate. Weekly rentals are available at a discount, and in July and August, bookings are only accepted weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.



Bed linen is not provided; you may bring your own or rent it on site (available for an extra fee per occupied bed, including sheets, pillowcases, towels, and tea towels).
