This exclusive, newly built vacation home can accommodate up to 14 people and 2 small children; a maximum of 2 pets are also welcome. Accommodations include a total of 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with TVs, as well as a large room in the attic with 4 alcove beds that are also suitable for adults. There are also 2 sofa beds in the yoga room. Three spacious bathrooms—one of which is designed for guests with limited mobility—and three separate guest restrooms, all featuring Italian tiles and heated floors, contribute to a comfortable stay. The master double bedroom has a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The large living-dining room with an adjoining kitchen features a spacious seating area with a large TV.

Description of the outdoor area:
The property consists of the main house, a spacious sauna house, a bicycle garage, a carport, and various terraces. The garden is approximately 2,700 square meters and offers plenty of space. It was recently landscaped and features an attractive mix of mature trees and newly planted trees, perennial beds, a flower meadow, and hedgerows typical of Fehmarn. For the little ones, there’s a large sandbox with digging tools in front of the sauna terrace; the spacious terraces—including a fire pit in front of the living area—are equipped with sun loungers, large tables and chairs, and an outdoor kitchen with a grill and sink. A bocce court invites you to play. The large sauna house, with a view of and access to the garden, is designed for about 8 people. It features 4 rocking chairs, a truck stop with a refrigerator, and a large shower area with a rain shower, waterfall shower, and Kneipp hose.

Schlagsdorf is located in the western part of the beautiful island of Fehmarn. The vacation home is situated in a very quiet location by the large, idyllic village pond. It is about 3 km to the beach in Bojendorf. From the top floor of the vacation home, you have a magnificent view over the fields, and on clear days, you can even watch large ships sailing through the Belt and across the Baltic Sea. The nearest major shopping options are in Petersdorf, 3 km away. There you’ll find a variety of shopping options, including supermarkets such as Edeka and Aldi, a bakery, small boutiques, as well as hair salons, a doctor’s office, and a physical therapy clinic. Small restaurants and cafés invite you to linger. The beautiful Petersdorf church is worth a visit.

For guests traveling with dogs, there is a separate dog shower, bowls, and a dog bed.
