The villa comfortably sleeps 4 guests, with a welcoming living room featuring a sofa, TV and dining table, and a kitchen equipped for everything from easy lunches to Mediterranean-style dinners. The sleeping layout includes two double bedrooms plus a clean shared bathroom stocked with essentials and a toilet. With air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sunlight in every room and free parking, the practical side of holidaying is already taken care of.

Around you, the residence offers a setting that makes you stay longer than planned - a shared pool lined with loungers, a huge wooden sun deck, a bar-restaurant overlooking the water and a private pontoon for direct sea access. Swim, sunbathe, dive, or do nothing - every option feels inviting.
