About this property

Breathtaking view at the foot of the Mediterranean

Our semi-detached family home on the Mediterranean coast is located in the small, quiet development of S'arnella de mar. The view is breathtaking, as the house borders the coast. There is a secure direct access to the Vaquer beach just below. No need to take the car!
You'll be able to enjoy the sea from morning to night, whether you're swimming or dining. The sunrises and sunsets are magnificent!
Out of season, we suggest renting only the upper level for four people, at an adapted rate. The house is currently being renovated. In 2025 we re-insulated the outside walls, renovated the facades, redid the walls and ceiling on the upper level, and installed new bedding.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nie mehr wieder

- Das „Haus“ (beschrieben wie folgt: 4 SZ, 2 BĂ€der, 1x mit WC, separates WC) entpuppte sich als Ferienwohnung. Wir „durften“ nur 2 SZ, ein Bad ohne WC und die separate Toilette nutzen. Der Rest war abgeschlossen. - Das Haus ist eine DoppelhaushĂ€lfte. - Die „Terrasse“ war ein Balkon, der eine halbe Baustelle war. Der Putz am Dach war großflĂ€chig löchrig und abgeplatzt, die BalkontĂŒr zierte oben ein langes Brett, die Kacheln waren zum Teil abgeschlagen. - Kurz vor Anreise hieß es, dass BettwĂ€sche, Hand- und GeschirrtĂŒcher mitzubringen seien (im Angebot war hiervon keine Rede). - klebrige TĂŒrgriffe und Lichtschalter, Schimmel in der Dusche - fleckige, teils abgerissene Sitzkissen - Auch wurden wir aufgefordert, die Matratzenschoner und die Badematte vor unserer Abreise in der Waschmaschine zu waschen! (Anmerkung: Wir hatten fĂŒr eine Endreinigung gezahlt. Daher haben wir dies nicht getan.) - An der Außenfassade des Haus platzt an vielen Stellen der Putz ab. Kein anderes Haus hat so ausgesehen. Positiv war natĂŒrlich der Blick auf die Bucht und die ruhige Lage, da sich das Haus in einer Feriensiedlung befindet. Der Vermieter sollte erstens aktuelle Fotos des Hauses einstellen, zweitens klarmachen, dass fĂŒr zwei Personen nicht das „ganze Haus“ zur VerfĂŒgung steht, drittens darauf hinweisen, dass man alle WĂ€sche selbst mitbringen muss, viertens dass man am Ende auch noch waschen soll. HĂ€tten wir gewusst, was diesmal auf uns zu kam, hĂ€tten wir die Unterkunft niemals gebucht!!!

Es un sitio fantĂĄstico

Las fotos no hacen justicia a la ubicaciĂłn. Las vistas son espectaculares y la zona es muy tranquila, lejos del bullicio veraniego. La casa estĂĄ perfectamente cuidada y es muy cĂłmoda. Tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar para estar mejor que bien.
