Very nice property. Great view of the ocean, and not a bad walk to the beach, although quite a few steps. The kitchen had all the appliances; it could use a few staples to help out. The beds were small but fine. The communication with the owner and on-site person was excellent, as was the help with our late arrival (delayed flight, etc.). We'd stay here again.

Absolutely gorgeous place

We were at the same apartment/house second time. We love it and we will return. The location ans views are simply fantastic. The host Annie was very much welcoming and helpful. As I said we will return.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had a stunning view. The outdoor area was huge and beautifully arranged — a perfect spot to relax. The kitchen was more than fully equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The only tiny thing we’d change? The beds could have been a bit longer. Overall, a wonderful place we’d happily return to!

Very nice villa with a terrific panoramic view

Overall fantastic. We only used two of the three terrasses. The kitchen invites you to prepare the most delicious dishes. The double bed however is too small for us Northern Europeans.

Lovely property with magnificent view

The property is spacious and very well appointed. Exactly like the photos. We really had 3 terraces from which to enjoy the beautiful view of the Mediterranean. The property is spacious, clean and very well appointed. The owner and the manager were very attentive and welcoming. We hope to be back

Spectacular views

Enjoyed our stay in Roses. The view from the apartment is incredible, better than advertised. Everything you need is a 5 minute walk down the hill, beachfront bars, restaurants and a well stocked market. The beach trails are beautiful too. The unit itself was comfortable and well equipped. Annie the owner was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely go back.

Perfect Roses House with Great Hosts!

Exceptional lodgings for exploring Roses/Canyelles and the Costa Brava. The views over the Bay of Roses and Emporda region are stunning. The house has three exquisite decks for enjoying the views, sunbathing, and al fresco dining. A short walk down the hill will take you to the turquoise waters of Petits and Grand Canyelles beaches, a neighborhood grocery store, and restaurants. The Roses Megalithic Park, Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls National Parks, and Dali Triangle are within a convenient drive. The house and location were ideal for us, and the hosts were welcoming and responsive. Thank you, Annie and Mireia, for your hospitality!

Absolutely fantastic location, gorgeous views

1. Initial mess with check in was related to the fact I never got an email supposedly sent to me 2 weeks earlier, than the person responsible for delivery ofbthe keys did not speak any English, on top of that she insisted that one gate was open, when actually was locked...finally someone from the street helped us. What a mess. But that was the only one mishap. The rest was absolutly stunning. All terraces with gorgeous views, the villa was well equipped. We enjoyed the time very much. We would like to return in the future maybe with better Spanish translator.

Unser Urlaub war traumhaft! Wir waren das zweite mal im Haus von Annie und fühlen uns dort sehr wohl: gepflegtes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, drei Balkon-Ebenen und jedes mit einmaligem Blick auf die Bucht. Annie ist eine Top-Vermieterin und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden definitiv wieder unseren Urlaub hier verbringen.

Location avec superbe vue très calme la journée et le soir, il faut prendre la voiture pour bouger car les rues sont très dures à monter, sauf pour les sportifs, nous avons passé un agreable séjour au calme et très reposant.Seul bemol beaucoup d'escaliers pour aller à la maison et la terrasse du milieu n'est pas fermée en bordure pour les enfants. Pour le parking c'est un gros avantage car on ne cherche pas pour se garer, mais un peu petit pour les grosses voitures.

Déception sur l'emplacement , malgré un beau logement et une belle vue Description Abritel erronée , ce n'est pas à 2 minutes à pied de la plage et il n'y a plus d'escalier d'accès.La climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans la salle et fait du bruit par intermittence dans la chambre , ce qui nous obligeait à la couper Nous n'aurions pas choisi ce logement si l'annonce avait été exacte , nota la propriétaire m'a répondu avoir fait le nécessaire auprès d'Abritel pour corriger l'annonce et ce n'est toujours pas corrigé

Schöne Lage, tolle Aussicht, sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung. Es ist schon etwas Besonderes, drei Terrassen zu haben, die Sonne zu genießen und immer im Schatten zu sitzen. Die Betten sind klein, die Kommunikation mit der Hausmeisterin ist nur auf spanisch möglich.

wunderschöne Aussicht

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Appartement von Annie in Canyelles. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen auf die Bucht ist atemberaubend. Der kleine Ort Canyelles bietet alles, was man benötigt (sauberer kleiner Dorfstrand, Supermarkt, Restaurants (z.B. El Trapella) etc. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten uns an der Aussicht nicht sattsehen. Einfach schön. Danke an Mireia für den Empfang und an Annie, dass wir hier sein durften.

Un accueil chaleureux et ponctuel par Mireia,Une maison conforme en tous points à la description.Une propriétaire à l'écoute et très réactive.Et, cerise sur le gâteau, un vrai et très complet équipement de cuisine, pour nous rien n'a manqué . Il nous semble évident que les propriétaires viennent dans cette maison, cela lui donne encore plus de caractère. Nous avons passé 6 jours très très agréables

Accueil très rapide, défauts signalés à la personne, une télévision qui n'a jamais fonctionné car carte TNTSAT périmée depuis 2 mois, heureusement qu'il a fait beau! Pas d'indications d'urgences, que faire en cas d'incendie.... l'accès par escalier n'est pas confortable du tout et surtout pas indiqué dans la description qui nous a semblé peu représentative et faussée, une belle vue, certe mais le reste... et que dire de la literie, très inconfortable, bref, très décus, et surtout par le manque d'empathie de la propriétaire!

Top Unterkunft mit bestem Blick auf die Bucht

Das ist ein top und vollständig ausgestattetes Haus mit bestem Blick aufs Meer. Ideal für 2 bis drei Personen oder ein Paar mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad zwar nicht sonderlich groß, aber absolut ausreichend und sehr schön gemacht. Insgesamt gibt es drei sensationell schöne Balkone, wovon einer überdacht ist. Parkplatz ist direkt beim Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und angenehm. Meine Frau und ich haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, très bon accueil de Mireia. Vue incroyable, plus belle encore que sur les photos, sur Playa Canyelles Petites. Un vrai plaisir que de prendre ses repas à l'ombre face à la mer et aux magnifiques pins, sans vis à vis. Vous trouverez tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison, climatisation dans toutes les pièces, parking ombragé. Quartier très calme. Possibilité de faire de belles balades à pied le long du ronda camina, pour les amateurs de marche, Roses centre à 45 minutes à pied sans forcer. Superette bien pratique à Playa Canyelles et supermarchés faciles d'accès en voiture entre 10 et 15 minutes. Maison très bien placée par ailleurs pour accéder à Figueres, Sant Pere de Rodes, Empuriabrava, la plage de la Rubina etc. Playa Canyelles Petites est une très belle destination et la maison a certainement une des plus belles vues du quartier.

Une maison avec une vue époustouflante, néanmoins pas très pratique pour se garer. La semaine où nous étions là bas il faisait très chaud, malheureusement beaucoup de coupure de courant à cause de la chaleur (surconsommation dans la ville). Sinon maison bien équipée avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Un bon séjour.

Vue impressionnante !

Emplacement idéal pour les amateurs de vue sur la mer, depuis les différentes terrasses ensoleillées et le salon ! Le chemin pour descendre à la plage est direct et bien aménagé (marches). Maison bien équipée et propre, on s’y sent bien immédiatement. Très calme. Merci pour la souplesse pour notre arrivée chaotique.

Fantastique

Une vue époustouflante, qui reste magnifique quelque soit la météo, avec deux grands pins qui y ajoutent du charme (en plus d'une ombre appréciable). Des endroits variés pour s'installer en extérieur sans se gêner. La zone est calme, en impasse, avec pas mal de verdure, sans restaurant ou bar bruyant à proximité, et des escaliers mènent rapidement à la plage en contrebas. La maison est claire, propre, très bien équipée et astucieusement agencée. Les places de parking sont appréciables. Elles ne sont certes pas immenses, comme dans toutes les résidences de Rosas, mais j'ai pu garer mon Berlingo sur les deux emplacements sans souci (et pourtant il est vraiment gros, et braque mal). Quant aux critiques émises par une personne sur la salle de bain, nous ne les avons absolument pas comprises, car cette pièce est très bien. Il y a effectivement un escalier pour accéder à la maison, mais avec une vue comme celle-là, on ne peut pas s'attendre à un endroit parfaitement plat. Il nous reste beaucoup de choses à découvrir dans la région, donc nous reviendrons, c'est certain !
