Located in Calviac-en-Périgord Noir, in the heart of a lush forest perfect for nature lovers and those seeking to disconnect, this 37 m² holiday home accommodates up to 2 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen and a TV (connection via your mobile only). For families, a baby cot, high chair, as well as shared toys and books for children are available.



Enjoy the private garden, open terrace, and barbecue. The shared outdoor pool and outdoor shower invite you to relax. For the more active, there is a playground, ping-pong table, pool table, tennis court, and shared fitness equipment.



You may bring a pet (except category 1 dogs), kept on a leash on the property. Parties are not allowed. Shared on-site parking is available for one car per unit. Self check-in is available. Access to the washing machine and dryer is available for an extra fee.



You can rent mountain bikes on site for a half or full day. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Pool privatization is possible on request. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. Breakfast service is available for an extra fee on request. Please note there is video and audio recording in common areas, except the pool area. You are responsible for keeping your pet clean in the accommodation and shared spaces.
