Relax and enjoy an amazing vacation at this gorgeous 2-story modern style, 1700 sq ft, 3 bedroom home built in 2008, on the exclusive Mar de Ostende in Pinamar Beach.

Located 5 short sandy blocks from the beach access entrance, this house offers fabulous open views from the dual level deck off the kitchen and living room in the upper floor as well as from the bedrooms balconies in the lower level.

A well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer and fully stocked cooking utensils.

The living room includes comfortable couches and a futon, a 36” LCD TV, DVD player and a fireplace. It is connected to the dining room with a large table to accommodate 8 people.

Master bedroom with bathroom en suite and a Queen bed. Two additional guestrooms with 2 twin beds in each room. All 3 bedrooms include a private deck connected in between through the outside. There are 2 additional TVs in the lower level.

Other features include WiFi, Cable TV, Ceiling fan in the living room, Fans in bedrooms, 2 Barbecue grills (one in the upper deck and another in the garden), Alarm system, Lovely mature 3000 sq ft gardens surround the house with automated irrigation, exterior shower to remove sand before entering house and much more!

Geräumig und viel Grün

Das Haus hat eine herrliche Lage mit wenigen Gehminuten zum Meer . Es ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Wir waren mit 2 Familien dort und es gibt mehrere Bäder. Es gibt keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche, aber es war kein Problem das extra zu mieten. Die Kommunikation mit Jimena ging sehr gut. Der Garten ist sehr schön und grün, auch die Aussicht von den Balkonen. Man kann von jedem Zimmer auf einen Balkon gehen. Leider gab es keine Möbel auf den Balkonen, die man benutzen konnte( nur zwei Gartenstühle, die schon nicht mehr stabil waren) Wir haben den Esstisch und die Stühle auf den Balkon getragen( das Wetter war trocken) und so hatten wir einen sehr guten Platz. Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war die Sauberkeit der Küche. Diese war nicht so gut. Aber wir hatten eine gute Zeit und empfehlen das Haus gern weiter
