The air-conditioned apartment is located in a family house located in the tourist area of Umag - Punta, a favorite among tourists for its several beaches and coast surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation full of plants, various species of evergreen shrubs, pines and cypresses . The location is quiet, sunny surrounded by greenery. The beaches and seaside facilities can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The tennis courts where the famous ATP Open Croatia Umag tennis tournament has taken place for years are 900 meters away.The apartment consists of two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, bidet, mirror, sink with cabinet, toilet and external window. Two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area has a fully equipped kitchenette, equipped with a hob with three gas burners and an electric hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer area, coffee machine and mocha. The dining room connected to the kitchenette has a table and chairs, sofa and TVflat screen with satellite programs.
