Completed in 2014, this detached holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea coast. Whether you are looking for peace and quiet or want to explore the historic town of Wismar, our holiday home is the perfect base for your adventures.The house is spread over two floors and offers enough space for up to 4 people. On the ground floor, the living/dining room invites you to linger with an inviting seating area, a TV and a corner bench. Opposite is the practical kitchenette, which is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a coffee machine and kettle. The two cosy bedrooms on the upper floor guarantee a peaceful night's sleep. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the second has two single beds, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.Outside, an idyllic terrace with garden furniture invites you to relax in the open air. Use the outdoor barbecue for cosy evenings or enjoy sunny hours on the play and sunbathing lawn. The garden is a peaceful oasis where you can unwind from the stresses of everyday life.Thanks to the holiday home's privileged location, you are only a few minutes away from the historic old town of Wismar with its UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Shopping facilities are just 1000 metres away on foot.
