Our cosy ground floor apartment in Haus Star is located in a holiday home estate surrounded by greenery and Pomeranian woodland on the edge of the village of Bodstedt and the nature reserve "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft". It therefore guarantees a relaxing and peaceful holiday. A mild coastal climate, kilometres of fine sandy beaches and rustic forests create an idyllic location. The holiday flat offers approx. 70 m² of floor space and consists of the kitchen-living room, a bathroom with a large shower and two bedrooms for 2 people each, plus 1 additional person can sleep comfortably on the pull-out sofa in the kitchen-living room. Due to the private road, only a few foreign cars stray into the estate, so children can play largely unsupervised. New friendships are often formed as they romp through the woods and meadows. The plots are all so large that you can retreat and unwind. The diverse architectural styles of the houses are interesting to look at and create a well-balanced neighbourhood. The "Östlicher-Backstein-Rundweg" cycle path, located directly in front of the estate, takes you around the entire Bodden, approximately 80 kilometres. This can easily be done in one day. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach in Zingst is approx. 30 minutes by bike. The cycle path is also suitable for inline skates, roller skates and skateboards. Jogging and Nordic walking are also recommended.Bodstedt: The small harbour with the typical wooden fishing boats, the Zeesenbooten, is particularly beautiful to look at. The oldest Zeesen boat regatta takes place every year on the first weekend in September. There is a landing stage for boat trips around the Bodden and for boat transfers to the Darß. The local beach is only three minutes away by bike. The shallow water zones are ideal for beginners and water rats. Adults can relax on the large lawn next to it. The village has three small restaurants serving fresh fish with fried potatoes. The fisherman supplies holidaymakers and locals with fresh and smoked fish every day. Whether by bike, on foot or on horseback - experience the landscape and the charm of the village up close and personal.SurroundingsYou will spend your holiday in a quiet location. The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst (10 km) and the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow (18 km), both characterised by maritime traditions, are not far away. Prerow Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Good shopping facilities, restaurants and evening events can be found in Barth (7 km). The Bodden and the Baltic Sea are an attractive area for water sports enthusiasts and there are countless activities on offer.
