The ground floor surprises with a large kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired - ideal for shared meals. A cosy living room with TV and games, a guest WC, a storage room and a bedroom with a French bed round off the space on offer. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and bathtub. A table football table in the hallway provides entertainment. Three further bedrooms - one for children, one with a large double bed and another with two single beds - offer a variety of sleeping options.The outdoor area of the holiday home is surrounded by a fenced garden, which is particularly family-friendly with a swing, slide and sandpit. A barbecue is available for unforgettable summer evenings. Enjoy the privacy and peace and quiet while your children play safely.The area surrounding the holiday home offers numerous leisure activities. Just a few kilometres away is the village of Hohenkirchen with extensive shopping facilities and restaurants as well as a play town, which is particularly attractive for children.
