Eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Allerdings wurde uns beim Einchecken berichtet, dass der Vormieter einen riesigen Ölfleck vor der Garage hinterlassen und außerdem seinen Müll zurückgelassen habe. Nun erhielt ich vor einigen Tagen (der Aufenthalt liegt jetzt rund 10 Tage zurück) einen Anruf vom Vermieter, in dem er den Ölfleck uns vorwarf. Meinen Hinweis, dass er uns offenbar mit den Vormietern verwechsele, tat er als Schutzbehauptung ab. Eine Einigung war nicht möglich. Ich bat dann darum, weitere Kommunikation per Schriftverkehr abzuwickeln, worauf er Post von seinem Anwalt ankündigte. Zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt ist die Geschichte noch nicht abgeschlossen, hat aber bereits einen sehr bitteren Nachgeschmack hinterlassen.
Private Unterkunft im 2 Familien Haus oben. Großes Appartement mit durch Vorhang abgeteiltem Schlafbereich für zwei Personen. Küche geht in Essbereich und von da in Wohnbereich über. Internet TV. Großer Balkon, Bad mit Fenster, Waschmaschine und Trockner, eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine und ausreichend Geschirr. Sehr nette Vermieter wohnen unten und sind jederzeit ansprechbar.
E -Bikes werden in der Garage verschlossen. Gute, ruhige Lage 800 Meter vom Zentrum. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Chiemgau und den angrenzenden Bergen. Hochfelln, Hochgern. Salzburg in 45 Minuten zu erreichen. Für uns der optimale Standort. Nach 30 Jahren mal wieder in Bergen. Werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Nette Vermieter. Wunderschöne Gegend, vor allem der Ausblick vom Balkon. Gute Lage, da nahe an der Autobahn. Sehr zu empfehlen!
