Unit is in Bldg. 3 (2nd floor) includes 2 bedrooms with TVs, living room with large TV, fully stocked kitchen and two bathrooms. All over remodel in 2023.

Hilton Head Resort offers six lighted tennis courts free of charge; bike rentals available on site with resort being located on a fantastic bike/walking trail; resort security 24/7; main pool area includes bar/grill, sundries store, second outdoor pool located at Bldg. 4; indoor pool, hot tub, children's pool, fitness facility, indoor walking/running track, and wifi cafe located in our Bldg. 3.

The gorgeous beaches are just steps away via a private boardwalk. While walking on the boardwalk to the beach, you can stop to read about and enjoy the beautiful ecological marsh and widlife. There is also free shuttle services from complex on the boardwalk which will drop you off right at the beach where Coco's Bar/Grill is and our sand volleyball court are located. Coco's serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, snacks, and sandwiches and restrooms!

Our unit is located on the second floor in Bldg. 3. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bathroom. The guest room offers plenty of space with one twin over full bunk bed and one twin bed. The kitchen is fully furnished with most everything a family could need to fix meals in the villa. The living area features a comfortable sofa that where one person could sleep and a balcony overlooking the Robert Trent Golf Course.

This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course in Palmetto Dunes.

We stayed for a few days and had a great time. The location is nice and the indoor amenities at the condo complex were great for the cooler weather we had while there. We used the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The condo is simple and had everything we needed. I do wish there would have been some spare beach towels, but other than that everything we needed was there.

This property was perfect for our trip. Unit is on the end, very quiet and has a balcony. Jackie the property owner was readily available by call or text and she was great!! The property was great. Multiple pools, large hot tub, sauna, steam room, indoor track, gym, great boardwalk to beach. Also it was on the trolley line so very easy to get around without having to drive. We go to Hilton head every year and will definitely stay here next year. Communication with owner was great. The beach and amenities were never packed. The indoor facilities were great for the few times it rained. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pictures do not show how great this place was and the awesome amenities.
