Cette maison magnifiquement rénovée est située dans la communauté de plage unique de La Conchita. Cette maison dispose de 2 suites parentales, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain. Plan d'étage ouvert à l'étage avec 2 terrasses extérieures, parfait pour se divertir. Admirez la zone de surf et les couchers de soleil de renommée mondiale de Rincon Point depuis votre salon et vos balcons. À quelques pas de la plage très isolée où vous pouvez regarder les dauphins et vous détendre. Marcher jusqu'à Rincon Point est disponible sur une nouvelle piste cyclable ou à marée basse. Internet sans fil et câble avec 2 télévisions à écran plat. 6-8 personnes. C'est un excellent emplacement pour un prix incroyable !!!

Great rental for beach fun

We had so much fun having La Conchita beach mostly to ourselves. It was a quick walk under the freeway to the beach. The size and number of beds were perfect for the six of us.

Disappointed

Property had potential to be very nice …large place , great views etc. But the property is poorly maintained. I ended up cutting my stay short ..the owner was very accommodating with my refund. And there’s construction currently on the 101 which can make getting there from anywhere north a much longer drive time… a couple of times I had to drive all the way to Ventura as the exit was closed for construction.

Hi Kathie, We are sorry for the experience you had at the property. After you booked and a month before your stay you notified us that because of a medical condition and injury you had issues with stairs and were concerned because the property is multiple stories and has stairs. We explained that indeed there are stairs at the property and because of this we questioned if the property would work for you and let you know that we would let you cancel. You then said you have stairs at your own home and would be fine. When you arrived you had issues with the toilet in one of the bedrooms. Because it was Thanksgiving week we couldn't get a plumber out there for 72 hours but suggested you use the other bedroom and bathroom during this time. You let us know that because the other bedroom had a step leading to the bathroom it wouldn't work. We then let you know we felt that we were concerned the property was not a good fit for your situation and again offered to allow you to cancel. You agreed and stated you were going to stay at a place without stairs.

Great location, friendly neighbors, overall fantastic stay

My fiance and I stayed for 3 months during the summer at this property and loved it! Given the length of stay, there were a couple cosmetic issues that came up but were handled very quickly by Stephen. Construction on 101 also made getting to/from Santa Barbara an issue (up to 50 minutes when it normally takes 20-25 min) during rush hour. The location itself is awesome and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved our stay and would love to return!

Pleasant Stay at Great Value

Extremely pleased with the entire house for a family of 5. 2nd floor was spacious and sunny. loved the wooden floors throughout the house. 5 min walk to the beach was pleasant with great neighbors. Although 2nd bedroom needs improvement with loud boiler noise from the boiler closet, creaky bed, and short blind in the bathroom (lack of privacy from outside window), it was a great stay. Will definitely consider coming back if 2nd bedroom is improved further.

Absolutely loved our stay! Peaceful and relaxing hidden getaway. The neighbors are all so welcoming and friendly. 5 min walk to the beach. We had a quick 2 night stay but already looking at the calendar for a longer stay. If your looking for a relaxing stay, this home is your place. The owner was helpful with any questions. The location was great, especially with regard to a nice quiet beach and Carpentaria just minutes away. The inside of the property was bright and cheerful.

This is not a perfect property. The owners could do a few things here and there to make it better. But I think that you would be hard pressed to find a more unique setting on this stretch of coastal California. The people living in La Conceit seem genuinely nice and neighborly. And you kind of have to see the beach there to believe it. We were there during the week and the beach was almost completely deserted when we walked to it. I doubt that the beach is more than a ten minute walk from the house,and you walk under the freeway through a tunnel to reach it. You will hear noise from the highway, and the train sounds its horn when it passes through. But I don't think you will regret having visited this unique place.

Clean, stocked and great location

Wanted a beach staycation and definitely got one. Supreme location, excellent beach. House was clean and well-stocked. Great for taking naps. Ocean views all around, feel the ocean breeze. Can hear the 101 but doesn’t bother its more like a white noise. Would stay again.

Christmas Vacation

This property was a great location for our family Christmas gathering. The house is located in a great community only a few blocks walk from the beach and we took advantage of that. The amenities were also great: coffee maker, microwave oven, WIFI internet access, and cable television. The two and one-half bathrooms were clean and there were towels provided. A clothes washer and dryer were also available in the house. There were a good assortment of pots, pans, and baking dishes however a colander is needed for cooking pasta. The house has a lovely view of the ocean, beach, and highway 101. One thing that made it uncomfortable was the lack of heat in the bedroom that was formerly the garage. The house had central heating, but there were no heat ducts into this 2nd bedroom. I imagine that most of the year this would not be an issue, but we stayed there during a “cold snap” and had one very cold room. We enjoyed the location as it is not far from the attractions in Santa Barbara and not far from Carpenteria for shopping. All in all we enjoyed our "Family Christmas Vacation.

Wir haben das Haus im August 2019 für eine Woche gemietet. Es ist sehr viel Platz und das Haus war in sauberen Zustand bis auf die Fenster. Ist natürlich schön, wenn man eine uneingeschränkte Aussicht haben könnte. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus liegt zentral und man kann gute Ausflüge nach Santa Barbara machen. Die Stadt und der Strand sind einfach Klasse. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr schön, dennoch darf man kein neurenoviertes Haus erwarten. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The house was GREAT!!!

Such a great place, nice neighborhood,neighbor's too! The walk to the beach was ok... Met so many great people/residents out on the beach..we brought our 2 dogs, which they loved! Had to walk them several times, toake sure they "relieved" themselves... The tri-level yard was kinda small,so I just MADE SURE I GOT THEM OUT.... it was a wonderful experience! Would book again. And add an extra day or two!!! We all loved it?

Love our stay in La Conchita

We absolutely loved our week in La Conchita at this wonderful beach house. It was perfect for the six of us and the best way to celebrate my 50th birthday so close to the beach. We loved that we could just walk a couple of blocks and through the tunnel under the 101 FWY and be at an amazing beach. Not crowded and simply awesome. The house has wonderful views of the ocean and we truly enjoyed our time here. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is very nice and large. We will definitely want to come back and stay again. The only downside was there is only one exit from the FWY to get there so it's fine coming from the south but if you take a quick trip to Santa Barbara it can be a hassle always having to go past La Conchita, get off the exit, get back on the FWY going North just to get there. Other than that minor inconvenience, this place is fantastic!
