The floating house "Moin Moin" welcomes you to a prime location directly on the Baltic Sea – just a stone's throw from the water. This detached house spans two floors and offers 97 m² of comfortable space for up to four people. From its prime waterfront location, you can enjoy exceptional sea views and a maritime atmosphere.
The open, light-filled design combines style with a pleasant, welcoming ambiance. On the ground floor, the living room, with its comfortable sofa, armchair, and direct water views, invites you to relax. The dining area and well-equipped kitchen offer everything you need: a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator. Mosquito nets provide extra comfort even on warm days, while underfloor heating keeps the house pleasantly warm year-round.
The two bedrooms offer privacy for up to four people. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), and the other has two single beds (each 80 x 200 cm). The modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and the private sauna guarantee pure relaxation after an exciting day by the water.
Outside, you'll find a furnished terrace, sun loungers, a parasol, and a beach chair – ideal for soaking up the sun, reading, or simply watching the sea. Direct access to the water invites you to splash around or swim, while the fenced property ensures privacy and security. A television and internet access are available for your entertainment. A private parking space is provided for your vehicle. The surrounding area invites you to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach, sporting activities such as cycling or sailing, and excursions to the nearby villages.
