Guests also have access to outdoor fitness equipment, several parking spaces, and a variety of amenities ensuring an active and enjoyable stay.A covered terrace overlooking the pool is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a large wooden dining table, ideal for outdoor dinners and social gatherings. Adjacent to the terrace is a modern barbecue area and a lounge zone for relaxation. From the pool level, guests can access a tastefully decorated tavern with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table, perfect for spending time together. A private sauna and a bathroom are also located on this level.The upper floor features a modern living room connected to the dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The first floor offers three additional comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, providing maximum comfort and privacy.For entertainment and recreation, guests can enjoy table tennis, table football, darts, a basketball hoop, trampoline, fitness equipment, and a PlayStation console, while wellness enthusiasts will especially appreciate the private sauna.Villa Fabris is located in central Istria, close to numerous cultural and natural attractions.
